Lisa McCool LLB

Assistant Solicitor

Lisa is a solicitor in the commercial department and deals with a wide range of

commercial property transactions including

Landlord and Tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals (including by auction) and secured

lending. Lisa also deals with business sales

and purchases.

After studying law at The University of Liverpool and completing the Legal Practice Course at Liverpool John Moores University,Lisa joined the firm as a paralegal in 2006. She completed her training contract with the firm and qualified as a solicitor in January 2010.

Lisa's interests include art & design and travelling.

Andrew Stockton LLB

Member and Head of Commercial

Andrew trained with the firm and qualified as a

solicitor in 1984. He has specialised in commercial

work since 1989 building an enviable reputation

in the process.

An avid fell-walker, his interests include rugby (which he no longer plays) and golf (which he does but poorly).

He would really like to spend more time doing those activities than providing a taxi service for his teenage children.

Florence Oyebola LLB, LLM

Senior Property Solicitor

Florence qualified as a Solicitor in 1999

having studied for a law degree (LLB) at

Staffordshire University, obtained a masters

degree (LLM) from University of Cardiff and

passed the Qualified Lawyer Transfer Test

(QLTT).

Florence specialises in all aspects of property work and is a member of the Law Society Property Section.

Florence has previously worked in the most nationally recognised specialist firms in the Northwest and London practices. She is keen to face new challenges and strives to exceed client expectations.

Florence joined Dootsons LLP in 2007 as a Senior Property Lawyer.

Away from the office, Florence enjoys spending time with her family, reading and watching documentaries focusing on inspiring human achievements and justice.
